We can help to ensure that your mailing box is rigid enough to protect your product and withstand transport, as well as providing fitments where required to hold products in place and features such as seal and reveal security strips.
Printed folding box board and Kraft board can offer an attractive, cost effective and environmentally friendly option to rigid corrugated board, this can be printed using both digital and litho processes.
If you require a box that provides a more rigid, protective casing then a fluted material may be more appropriate for you, there are a variety of thicknesses to select from as well as different options for print depending on the finish and numbers required. Printing directly onto flute can be achieved using either digital print (for smaller quantities) or by flexo print (for larger quantities), printing to both sides is available using both methods. Alternatively, where the quality of colour and print is paramount we can litho print paper that will then then be mounted to one or both sides of the mailing box to offer a crisp, superior finish for your brand. Lamination can also be added to enhance durability, look and feel.
